Unser Apartment im Dachgeschoss der Späthstrasse 19//20 liegt im Süden Berlins.
Die Stadtzentren sind durch die gute Verbindung der U-Bahn Linie U7 innerhalb von 20 – 30 Minuten erreichbar.
Auf dem Gelände gibt es zwar eine Firma, die Altmetalle verwertet, durch die gute Isolierung im Dachgeschoss und die schalldichten Fenster, ist die manchmal auftretende Geräuschkulisse aber kaum wahrzunehmen.
Die Arbeitszeiten der Firma beschränken sich auf die Zeit von Montag bis Donnerstag von 7 – 16 Uhr und Freitags von 7 – 14 Uhr.

Our apartment on the top floor of Späthstrasse 19/20 is located in the south of Berlin.
The city centers are reachable by the good connection of the subway line U7 within 20 - 30 minutes.
On the premises there is a company that recycles scrap metal, but due to the good insulation in the attic and the soundproof windows, the sometimes occurring background noise is hardly noticeable.
The working hours of the company are limited to the time from Monday to Thursday from 7 am - 4 pm and Fridays from 7 am - 2 pm.
